Zoom: Options to alter the video stream to fit the screen. (Disable if encountering unexpected playback problems.) Use Hardware Decoding: May improve video playback performance. Allow Direct Stream: Allows the format to be changed but internal streams to be played as is, when possible. Allow Direct Play: Allows the video to played as is, if possible. Remote Quality: Video quality when playing back content from a remote Plex Media Server or streaming from an internet source. Local Quality: Video quality when playing back from a Plex Media Server on the same local subnet. Fixed Audio Offset: You can adjust the audio offset (compared to the video) for different display refresh rates. Audio Device: Choose the audio device for sound output. Prevents sounds from other applications on the selected device. Exclusive Audio: Bypasses the system audio mixer, ensuring that only the media’s audio is sent to the audio device. Normalize: Reduces volume to avoid clipping when converting from multi-channel audio formats. Show End Time for Video Playback: Displays the time the video will end in in the on-screen display player controls. Reduce Motion: Reduces the amount of animations and automatic changes throughout the app. Note that if a personal media source is not pinned, the Plex Logo screensaver will be used. Screen Saver Type: Choose the screen saver style: Plex Logo, Entertainment (backgrounds from items in pinned libraries), or Photos. Screen Saver: Choose how soon the screensaver starts after user interaction or video playback stops. 
Theme Music: Play theme music on item detail screens, when available.Feedback Sounds: Play an audible click when navigating through menus/options.(Cinema Trailers must be enabled on the server’s Extras setting.) Visibility: Switch between Windowed, Maximized, and Full Screen views for the app. Background Style: Dim or Blur the background art on detail screens. Time Format: Choose a 12- or 24-hour format for time. Clock: Show clock on the top right of navigation screens. Language: The language used for interface elements (library content will display in the language set by the server admin for that library). (Managed users cannot change this setting). Automatically Sign In: If in a Plex Home, skip the user picker and sign directly into the last signed in user. The offset presence can be visually noticed on the waveform view: if an audio track is not centered along the horizontal line, it is advisable that the Remove DC Offest option is used to remove the offset.Plex HTPC has numerous settings, accessible under the Settings menu, which can be found either at the bottom of the sidebar or from within the user menu. Enable this option if the DC offset is present in the original file. Remove DC Offset - tick this option to remove DC offset. Enable this option to avoid changes in the stereo balance of the output audio. Equal gain for channels - tick this option to apply one and the same gain ratio to all channels. Setting it to 0% will mute the original audio completely. If you set it to 100%, the maximum level of the input signal will be amplified so as to reach the maximum level of amplitude that AVS Audio Editor can produce without clipping. Normalize to - sets the maximum level of the output signal. The following Normalize effect parameters are available for editing: If the maximum sound level of the audio file is below the specified Normalize to level, then the rest of audio will be amplified by the same ratio. The software will define the maximum level of the audo signal and calculate the ratio by which this maximum signal should be amplified/attenuated in order to fit the specified Normalize to level.
